Hi everyone! We’re finding that weekends in particular are getting busy and we acknowledge that there is some frustration that we fill up quite quickly. While this can’t be helped and we do have a cancellation list running where necessary, there are still some occasions when a cancellation is too late or guests simply do not show.
In an effort to cut down on no-shows and late cancellations and ensure we can offer as many tables as possible, we have put some measures in place which will hopefully help.
📆 Bookings will only be taken up to 3 months in advance to try and minimise forgotten reservations
📆 If we can’t reach you by phone and leave a message, we’ll send a text or reply by email
📆 Large tables will be asked to pay a deposit of £10 per person to secure the booking
📆 We will try to contact no-show bookings to ensure that you’re not just delayed. Tables will be released after 15 minutes if we don’t hear back from you
We know that life isn’t always straightforward and plans sometimes need to be changed. We’re grateful to everyone that gets in touch to let us know about anything that affects bookings.
